How long will it take to receive my order?

Our current production time is 2-4 business days.
Estimated shipping time to U.S. is 8-25 business days.
Estimated shipping time to Europe 8-20 business days.
Other international locations 3-8 weeks.

Please note, that shipments have extremely limited tracking once they leave the Ukraine and tracking capabilities vary depending on destination country. It may look like your package is stuck in Kiev, but it actually means it's IN TRANSIT.
We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the order to arrive once shipped or if lost in mail.

What if my package being returned to sender because of non-pickup or incorrect address?

We will ship your order to the address you provided upon checkout. It is advisable to always cross-check the address. If you have specified your address incorrectly, the Post worker may not be able to get the package to the right property.
Please also note that if your package is returned to us after unsuccessful delivery, non-pick up, incorrect address or with a note from postal service about the problems with the address, we can re-ship them but ADDITIONAL SHIPPING SHOULD BE PAID BY BUYER. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping address provided by you.
