Our current production time is 2-4 business days.
Estimated shipping time to U.S. is 8-25 business days.
Estimated shipping time to Europe 8-20 business days.
Other international locations 3-8 weeks.

Please note, that shipments have extremely limited tracking once they leave the Ukraine and tracking capabilities vary depending on destination country. It may look like your package is stuck in Kiev, but it actually means it's IN TRANSIT.

We'll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. We are not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the order to arrive once shipped or if lost in mail.

RETURNS POLICY

If you've been unlucky enough to receive a faulty product, please contact us and we will run through the process of returning a faulty or damaged item.

To ensure a fast resolution, we are now asking that you send us photos of any damage where possible.

It’s really important to us that you’re happy with anything you buy from Luxgiftz so we will accept returns of unwanted items for up to 30 days from the date you receive the item. The process is simple and all you pay for is the postage costs of returning the goods.
